■ On Sept. 16, 2003, CHTC established CHTC Investment Management Co., Ltd.
■ On Oct. 15, 2003, China National Garments Group Corporation and China Garments Co., Ltd. were incorporated into CHTC.
■ On Jan. 10, 2006, China Textile Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated into CHTC.
■ On Dec. 18, 2006, CHTC was listed as one of the pilot enterprises of the Board of Directors of SASAC, and established a scientific and standard corporate governance structure.
■ In Feb. 2007, CHTC restructured Hantrong Investment Co., Ltd.
■ On Jan. 8, 2008, CHTC was renamed China Hi-Tech Group Corporation.
■ In Apr. 2008, CHTC restructured CHTC KAMA Co., Ltd.
■ In Aug. 2008, CHTC restructured Sinatex S.A.DE.C.V.
■ On Aug. 6, 2009, CHTC formed Shenyang Zhongheng New Materials Co., Ltd.
■ On Sept. 29, 2009, Hi-Tech Fiber Group Corporation was incorporated into CHTC.
■ On Oct. 2, 2009, CHTC established CHTC Real Estate Co., Ltd.
■ In Dec. 2009, CHTC completed the optimization and adjustment of organization structure, established six business units, which focusing on textile machinery, automobile, textile production and trade, new fiber material, real estate and investment.
■ On Feb. 26, 2010, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. was renamed CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
■ On Mar. 22, 2010, CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. established Zhengzhou Hongda Automobile Industry Co., Ltd.
■ On May 27, 2010, CHTC purchased China Garments Co., Ltd.
■ In Jun. 2010, Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. restructured Hubei Xinchufeng Automobile Co., Ltd., and renamed CHTC Automobile Co., Ltd.
■ On Sept. 2, 2010, CHTC (Jiangxi) Textile Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd. was incorporated into CHTC.
■ On Dec. 11, 2010, CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. restructured CHTC Jove Heavy Industry Corporation.
■ On Dec. 30, 2010, CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. purchased Jiangxi KAMA Business Bus Co., Ltd.
■ On Jan. 30, 2011, authorized by SASAC, the main businesses of CHTC were adjusted to “textile machinery, automobile (truck) manufacturing and technology research and services; textile materials, textile products, garments manufacture and trade”.
■ On Mar. 16, 2011, CHTC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Beijing Municipal Government to construct the largest cultural and creative industrial park in China, which named "National Fashion & Creative Center-Beijing (Songzhuang) Fashion Hub".
On the same day, CHTC established "CHTC Red Cross relief fund".
■ In Mar. 2011, CHTC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. restructured Hebei Leader Special Vehicles Co., Ltd.
■ On Apr. 8, 2011, CHTC established Zhengzhou Hi-Tech Non-woven Technology Co., Ltd.
■ On Apr. 13, 2011, CHTC established CHTC Holdings Co., Ltd.
■ On May 6, 2011, CHTC restructured CHTC Engine Co., Ltd.
■ On June. 15, 2011, CHTC purchased Fong's Industries Company Limited.
■ On Aug. 31, 2011, CHTC purchased the former companies of Oerlikon Carding Division and formed Autefa Solutions Group. The group consists of the 3 companies: Autefa Solutions Germany GmbH (formerly Autefa automation GmbH), Autefa Solutions Austria GmbH (formerly Oerlikon Neumag Austria GmbH), and Autefa Solutions Italy S.p.A. (formerly Oerlikon Neumag Italy S.p.A.).
■ On Dec. 23, 2011, China Textile Science & Technology Co., Ltd.established CHTC Jiahua Nonwoven Co., Ltd.
■ On Dec. 23, 2011, CHTC established CHTC Industrial (Weifang) Co., Ltd.
■ On May 7, 2012, CHTC established CHTC Beijing Trade Branch.
■ On June. 18, 2012, Baoding Swan Co., Ltd. became Holding Subsidiary.
■ On Oct. 16, 2012, CHTC established CHTC Dadi Automobile Co., Ltd.
